Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rise Healing, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and a deep respect for the natural materials we work with. Because of the handmade and energetically personal nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds.
Store Credit
If you change your mind or wish to return an item:
- We offer online store credit once the item is returned in its original condition.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description.
- We’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- Items reported after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement.
- Other damages or faults can be discussed and processed based on mutual agreement.
Material Notes & Care
- Stainless steel may show signs of wear over time due to friction or exposure to moisture. This is a natural part of the material’s life and not considered a fault.
- Pearl-adorned pieces are delicate by nature. If pearls become dislodged or fall off due to wear or impact, replacements will not be offered.
- Replacement parts (e.g., earring hooks, jump rings) may be available and offered at the discretion of Rise Healing.

Necklaces, bracelets, and other adornments may feature Sea Glass, crystals, charms, and pearls that vary in size, shape, and hue — reflecting the organic beauty of the ocean and the materials themselves.
