We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or products without express written permission.
2. Product Information
All products may vary slightly in appearance. Variations in Sea Glass, crystals, pearls, and charms are natural and embraced as part of each piece’s uniqueness. By purchasing, you accept that Rise Healing will intuitively select your piece.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.
4. Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Rise Healing is not responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Returns may be eligible for store credit if the item is returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage. Faulty or damaged items reported within 14 days may be eligible for replacement or credit.
Stainless steel may wear with friction and is not considered faulty. Pearl-adorned pieces are delicate; if pearls fall off due to wear, replacements will not be offered. Replacement parts may be offered at our discretion.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate, but we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Rise Healing and may not be used without permission.
